XPS booking regulation

STATUS: NOT OK. 

• XPS: Unstable emitter; may not ignite. Avoid use.
• UPS: Operational.
• Sputtering: NOT allowed.
• Charge Compensation: Operational.

We will arrange a full inspection in the summer of 2025, which will take 2 to 4 weeks.

2. Non-MSE Research group with trained members: Not listed. 
3. Weekend and holiday booking: Please email to Raymond Lo
4. Please remember to load your sample one day before your scheduled experiment, preferably between 16:00 and 17:00 for all users unless you have a good track record of usage. Additionally, ensure to retrieve your sample one day after completing your experiment.
5. Monday morning bookings will be automatically canceled without prior notice. This time is reserved for maintenance and training purposes.
